Here is what this job is:
You will be an assistant to the "Crew Leader" as a power washer / window cleaner. You will be trained to clean windows properly, pressure wash houses, clean roofs, and safely clean gutters. We offer a 3 day training and introductory course at our office to get you up to speed before you ever set foot on a real job site.
The pay starts out low (because you don't know anything yet) and will be $12 a hour. If you are a top performer and a really great fit with our company then you will be promoted to "Crew Leader".
Our "Crew Leaders" earn $700 a week not counting bonuses. They are VERY detail oriented. They love their jobs. They love this company. They work hard but get to work outside every day without someone standing over their shoulders.
NOT afraid of heights.
Be able to carry ladders and heavy equipment.
Valid driver license.
Reliable car to and from work.
Authorized to work in the USA.
Must have smart phone.
